Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026. These terms describe use of the Prepress Solutions LLC website and prepress automation services. A separately signed order form, service agreement, or data processing agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Business use and accounts
Use the service only if you are authorized to act for your business. Provide accurate contact and account information, protect credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Access is limited to the features and capacity agreed for your account.
Free 14-day pilot
A pilot request is an inquiry and does not immediately create an account or begin a subscription. If accepted, your free 14-day evaluation starts on the activation date confirmed by our team. Scope, integrations, and onboarding arrangements will be confirmed before activation. The request form collects no payment details and does not authorize automatic billing. Continuing on a paid plan requires a separate agreement.
Software and integrations
The service assists with preflight, nesting, gang-run imposition, and generation of production output. Availability of individual features, APIs, RIP connections, and equipment integrations depends on your plan and configured environment. Third-party products are subject to their own terms; references to them do not guarantee compatibility or endorsement.
Your files and production responsibility
You retain ownership of artwork and other content you provide and grant us permission to process it as necessary to deliver and support the service. You must have all required rights to use those materials. Review proofs, dimensions, bleed, color, cut paths, material settings, and output files before production. Keep backups and test equipment compatibility. Automated output and savings estimates do not replace professional production checks.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized access, interference with other customers, or attempts to bypass usage limits or security controls. Do not submit personal or confidential information without the authority and safeguards required to do so.
Pricing, billing and cancellation
Website pricing is general plan information. Your accepted order defines charges, included usage, billing periods, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and any refund rights. There is no paid subscription created by submitting the pilot form. Contact info@prepresssolutions.net for billing or cancellation assistance. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Availability and support
We may maintain, update, or modify the service. Support response times, uptime commitments, and service credits apply only if expressly included in your agreement. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, or a material breach.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
We and our licensors retain rights in the software, website, documentation, and branding. Your subscription grants use of the service, not ownership of it. Each party should protect the other's nonpublic business information and use it only for the agreed service relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly agreed in writing, the website and evaluation services are provided as available without a guarantee of error-free output, uninterrupted availability, or any particular savings. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional liability limits for paid services must be stated in your service agreement.
Ending service and changes
You may stop using the website at any time. Ending an active service is governed by your agreement; arrange export of files and applicable deletion requirements before access ends. We may revise these terms with notice where required, and changes will identify their effective date.
