Privacy Policy
Effective September 22, 2026. Prepress Solutions LLC provides prepress automation for commercial and wide-format printers. This policy describes information handled through prepresssolutions.net and our pilot request process. Processing of customer artwork within a contracted service is also subject to that customer's service agreement.
Information we collect
When you request a pilot, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and the website, production software, equipment, and monthly job volume you provide. We also receive information you send us in support correspondence. The pilot request form does not upload artwork or collect payment information.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, assess your production requirements, arrange pilot access, support your account, and protect our services against misuse. Sending a pilot request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website usage and analytics
The website includes Vercel Analytics in production to help us understand visits and page usage. Hosting and analytics providers may process technical information such as request details, browser information, referring pages, and general location derived from network information. Browser privacy settings may limit analytics. This website does not currently change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
Service providers and disclosure
We share information with providers that operate our website, deliver email, and support our business, as needed for those purposes. Pilot requests are sent to our business email inbox through our configured email delivery provider. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Customer artwork and production data
If you become a customer, your files and job specifications may be processed to perform preflight, nesting, imposition, and output generation. You remain responsible for having permission to provide those files. Deployment location, access, retention, deletion, and any customer-specific processing requirements should be agreed before production files are supplied. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a pilot inquiry.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and account information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Specific production-file retention periods are addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Your choices and rights
Contact info@prepresssolutions.net to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to stop nonessential communications. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records where legally required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. The services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can address it.
Updates and contact
